Tipu Ake Terms of Service

1.0 Use of Tipu Ake Intellectual property is guided by the principles and values that underpin the model itself and the provisions under which it is shared as described at the bottom of all web pages. Any other or illegal use of this website is prohibited.

2.0 Registration or downloading of material automatically deems the user to be a member of the Tipu Ake user network so any enhancements or applications of it contributed by the user are deemed to be part of the core model and shared with it.

3.0 Any commercial use of the model outside the user or its organisation, requires registration and acknowledgement of the concept of koha.

4.0 Any individual user details entered on on the web site will not be disclosed to any other party.

5.0 The Tipu Ake organisational self assessment tool allows individual registered members to log in and carry out team assessments relating to any individual organisations / departments / teams they are associated with. These assessments are time stamped and are indexed by identification labels created by and private to the individual member user.

6.0 Assessments done on the website are associated with an organisational profile based on standard industry categories, department / team functions and country of origin which are stored in the assessment database. These provide information for anonymous international benchmarking in the future. Warning: It is possible that an organisation operating as a the only one in a particular industry or geographical location could be identifiable under some benchmarking search criteria. It is the responsibility of the user to consider this prior to entering assessment information.

7.0 We reserve the right to deny access to any user that breaches the terms of use of this site and delete from the database any assessment done on their account .
